The stability ball—also known as the “really big beach ball”—not only provides a fun addition to your workouts, but what’s more, it is working on your core as you are performing the exercise. You can use it to perform push-ups, crunches, or just for sitting on it while you work to improve your posture!

Now that you have the essentials, it’s time to get your move on! Here are a few ideas to help get your creative juices flowing:

  • Circuit Training: This is a great to get your heart rate up and hit various muscle groups.
